2. Description of the Service
DeepSearch provides AI-assisted search tools that aggregate publicly accessible data to help users discover public profiles, verify phone numbers, and analyze digital footprints. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for lawful informational purposes only.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Stalk, harass, threaten, or harm any individual, or facilitate discrimination against any protected group.

- Use the Service to build or enhance a competing product or dataset.
- Submit malicious code, spam, or attempt reverse engineering.
DeepSearch is not a consumer reporting agency. The data provided should never be used as the sole basis for any decision about a person.
5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or prepaid credits. Prices are displayed in the Service and may change from time to time. Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled in accordance with the instructions in your account settings.
6. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Search results are aggregated from public sources and AI inference. Information may be outdated, inaccurate, incomplete, or mismatched. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by DeepSearch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
8. User Content
If you submit content to the Service (for example, search queries or uploaded images), you grant DeepSearch a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as search engines, AI vendors, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to its own terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSEARCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESULTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DEEPSEARCH, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DEEPSEARCH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DeepSearch and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any right of another.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DeepSearch is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.
